Hey guys!  I’m still working on our outdoor space right now and nothing irks me more than clutter!  Our patio table is usually the collect-all for towels, sun screen, bug spray…you name it!  I looked online for an outdoor storage cabinet and could not find one that I liked under $500!  Yikes!  I headed on over to Ana’s and found plans for a book shelf.

I modified the plans for the shelf measurments to fit our storage needs.

This was a super easy (nap-time) build.  I also built this inside because it is HOT out right now:)

I spaced the first two shelves out this way to fit my hubs TV and cable box.  It will be so nice to hide them in this cabinet;)

I spaced the rest of the shelves out evenly for random storage:)

I predrilled for 2″ screws per Ana’s plans and I also used Gorilla Glue Wood Glue for every joining piece.

I love the trim on the top and it was easy!!!

That’s it for the cabinet… Now for the doors

I chose fence panels to construct the doors so they would match our fence…fun:)

So, that’s all I have for now!  I will be back soon to share the rest of the cabinet!
