Finishing Details:
Stained the bottom but then decided I didn’t like the color so I did a white was on it and it came out beautiful. The on the table top I added 2×6 as end caps and stained it with rustoleum kona. I also left the table top un attached to the bottom of the table and just put some 2×2 under the table top to frame the legs and keep it from sliding around. That way it would be easier to move around because it is incredibly heavy. I put a coat of poly then did two coats of finishing wax which gave it a nice finish.
It looks beautiful! And I LOVE that rug
