Project (URL):
Time to Complete: 2 hours
Total Cost: $30
Finishing Details:
Still a work in progress but we made a 5 foot wide by 12 foot deep floating media shelf. We used the “Early American” stain and rather than using pocket holes, we used nails to secure the outside and screws to hold together the inside. With drilled a 1 3/4 inch semi-circle hole for the cords and hid [mostly] every cord on the inside!
So much easier than expected! Hardest part was figuring out the original measurements and how many boards we’d need! Make our large vaulted empty wall beautiful!
I like this post and the photos shows great decorative work by you with woods. Thank you.
What kind of wood did you use?
