Hi all! Well, the Christmas decorating may be coming to an end soon but I have still been working on decorating my tree. My latest project is inspired by a precious silver acorn ornament that I saw in a Ballard mag several weeks ago. Unfortuantely I cannot find it online but here’s my version!
I found these at on a Shanty Shopping Spree with Whit and thought of the Ballard beauties I had seen…
They were only $5.99 for a box of 24 at Michaels….SOLD!
Here’s what they looked like after a few coats of Rust-Oleum Heirloom White!
I pushed the ends of a srand of 1ply Jute Twine through two acorns…
and secured them with a knot.
That’s it!!!! So easy!!!!
Hope you all enjoy this week with your families! Merry Christmas!

These acorn ornaments are terrific. You did a great job. I love the way you hung them two by two also, so creative and they look gorgeous hanging from the tree.
These turned out so totally cute! Love the white…Hugs!
So simple, yet so lovely ! What a great idea for a party ! I've got something I just made (I built a DIY Wrapping Paper Organizer) so I'll try to remember to link up !

Wonderful job. They love great! My whole backyard is filled with real acorns! I wish I could find something to do with them. There's far more than all my squirrels need!
