If you follow us on Instagram, you may have noticed that my family is building our new home!  I have teamed up with our dad, Tim (a.k.a. Bapa) to build our home this summer and I couldn’t be more excited!  He built Whitney’s house a few years ago and he did an AMAZING job!  He is teaching me how to GC a home through this process and I can say that I have already learned SO much!  I can’t wait to learn more 🙂

My goal for this series is to to use products for our finish-out that you guys can go get yourselves!  I have already found a ton of AWESOME products and companies and I can’t wait to start sharing them with you!  So, if you have been wanting to update things in your home, stay tuned – this is the series for you 🙂

Another fun thing I should mention is that I sold nearly all of our furniture from our last house!  So, I will be building tons of furniture to fill up our new house (WAHOO!) and of course, I will be sharing all of those tutorials with you guys!

FormsWe are making progress now and have our forms set!  Yay 🙂  I can’t wait to share updates, new projects and new products with you guys as we go!  Stay tuned 🙂

  5. Couldn’t be more excited. We are also building a custom home this summer. We have the foundation walls poured. Framing is supposed to start happening this week! I should also add, we tore down our 125 year old farmhouse(beyond repair) and are currently living in our renovated barn while we rebuild on the same home site. It’s exciting!
