I gave them a good sanding to dull the edges and a coat of Minwax Provincial stain.

I love your floating shelves and would be interested in a dark color with some grey tones throughout. I would be interested in four but 20 or 24 inches inches each. Is there a website I can go to to see the difference colors? Have you done dark stained shelves with a little gray mixed throughout or perhaps with a gray wash. If so I would like to see some pics I love the dark stained shelves regardless. Kind Regards, Phyllis
