This was my first “big” build. I pre-stained all the wood prior with decking stain from Lowes, Then completed the table first and did the benches separate. I used the a mixture of pocket holes and finishing screws. I goofed a little and shorted myself a piece of 2×6 so i added a 2×4 as a brace instead of the “X” pattern! Im loving my new table! Thank you so much for encouraging me to do something i’ve been dreaming for so long!
