Hey friends! We hope you all loved seeing our reveal of the flip house. We had so much fun working on it, and it was great getting to share the journey! We are so pleased with how it turned out. One of the highlights of this home has to be the flip house fixtures & faucets we used throughout. We teamed up with Delta Faucet to outfit the entire home. We knew from the get-go that we wanted to work with Delta. We put their faucets in our last renovation, and I currently have their faucet in my kitchen and I LOVE it.
Not only do they have so much character and charm, the quality of the Delta products is amazing. Come check them out in the flip!
We used the Trinsic faucet in the kitchen. This is the same faucet I have in my home. We love the matte black finish. It’s the perfect match for the modern farmhouse look we gave the home.
In all of the bathrooms, we chose to install Delta toilets. You can see it here in the guest full bath downstairs.
These looked great in each bathroom, and the price on them is great as well. For the tank levers, we used the Ara collection. It’s crazy what a difference changing those out can make, right?
We also used the Ara collection for the faucets and shower/tub trim in all of the other bathrooms.
Here is the single faucet in the same bathroom.
This bathroom features a full shower, so we installed the Ara shower series trim in this space.
In the master, we used the same faucets and shower trim. We love them against the grey quartz and marble.
The freestanding tub is also a Delta product. We LOVE it!

Both of the upstairs bathrooms featured the same Ara collection. We love how everything paired together so well. It was the perfect modern farmhouse feel!
In the laundry room, we went with a really cute bar faucet. It works great in the room!
We are so pleased with how it turned out! It’s so amazing how much a faucet or fixture can change the look and feel of an entire space.
