Good morning friends! I recently did a renovation on my kitchen, and one of the most dramatic changes was the space over my stove. My old kitchen was full of cabinetry. It was beautiful and well-built, but I never used that cabinetry. I decided to rip it out and build a whole new vent hood, and I love the results! Where can I find the info on how you attached the hood to the wall?
We are so excited to make this from your plans! What kind of appliance did you put under it? I’ve been searching Amazon and everything I see is meant to stand alone or be an under cabinet mount. Did you use a stainless steel unit meant to stand alone and then cover it to make it pretty?
I love the vent hood and statement drawer front, but I am curious about the tile behind the stove. Is it an optical illusion or is on top of the subway tile? I love the idea of these patterned tiles but I am afraid to commit because I think they will become dated or I will grow tired of them. If you have somehow attached them in front of the subways and it could be removed that would be awesome!
