Hey hey!  So… It’s no surprise that we love our Kreg Jigs.  So much.  In fact, we tell people ALL the time that when we got our very first ones, they sat in the boxes for months out in our garages because we were intimidated to try them!  Once we finally opened them up and gave them a shot, we never looked back!  We hardly ever build without them now.  Today we are sharing a little how-to video on how to use a Kreg Jig model… The K5!  Check out our video HERE or below!

One of our MOST asked questions is… Which Kreg Jig should I buy?  We always suggest starting with the K5.  Yes, it is on the higher end of some of their models at around $100, but it is the most user friendly and you will be able to use it as a beginner and also when you become a pro!  It is the best investment for furniture building in our opinions.  We have yet had a reader tell us that they regret purchasing one and that’s because they really are too legit to quit.  You can see that model on Amazon HERE!

Already have one and want some fun accessories??  Check out our other 3 favorite Kreg products that we use on an almost daily basis…

  1. Hello
I use the Pocket Hole Jig but get confused when I am joining two different thicknesses of timber.
Which thickness do I used for my setting block and which length of screws do I choose?
