Finishing Details:
I started with a changing table that was originally purchased from Walmart in 2007 when my son was born. I found this the exact same changing table that was converted by Deanie Penick which is what originally inspired my project.

We removed the bottom 2 drawers and their hardware. Then on the top rail we cut the end pieces down so that they were level, and painted the entire thing Grey with "Purple Rain" accents inside the door and open area where the drawers used to be. We then Added 3 prefab table legs and a large thrift shop find table top.
Final step was adding the new drawer/door pulls, and our accessories.
