Project (URL):

Time to Complete: about 4 hours per chair

Total Cost: $125 including stain and varnish

Finishing Details:
All the lumber was bought at Lowe’s (construction grade), stained with Varathane Ash and one light coat of Spar urethane. Used Kreg pocket holes where we could and brad nailer on seat slats and back slats. Glued all Kreg joints. I did add a block under the foot rest for extra support. Didn’t scallop the back slats as the wife liked it as is. Great plans, fun project! Had 3 neighbors offer to buy the set from me for $500-$600!
