I am not a DIY person but I love the barn door dog kennel because I have that exact barn door in my house. Even the hardware choice is the same. Can you build one and I purchase it from you?
Hi girls, just saw your 'I made it without my hubby' button over at The Nest, and had a good chuckle to myself. You see, I've just finished a rather large makeover on my timber kitchen, and not only did make it without my hubby, I made it without him even knowing about it! He was away for the week so I decided it was a perfect time to tackle a full whitewash! Glad to have found your blog, and thanks for the laugh – maybe I need to design a new button with that slight adjustment?? Kerri x
I am new to the whole paint thing, So I was wondering what you mean by 'dry brushing?'Thanks for the great ideas.
Just a quick question for you girls. Do you guys get sponsored by Gorilla glue, home depot, dewalt…etc…? If so how do you go about doing it if you dont mind me asking…
BTW…I have gotten many ideas from you guys blog. Thanks so much!!Keep up the good work!!
I made a booboo. I added my link twice in your contest. #121 should be disregarded! Sorry.Monica
BTW…candy goes in the envelopes..:-)
Hi girls!I just love you blog and visit often!I came up with this great idea for a advent calender and thought of you guys as I was making it!
It is a double tall round jelwelery rack (you can find them at TK max, homegoods etc..I sprayed it cream, and bought little white envelopes and embellished them with the #'s of the month of december and hung them with ribbon all around the top tier. Then I printed off the christmas story bible verses and hung those on the bottom tier, one for each day, so 25, to read. It is SO cute and SO easy!I will post a picture soon on the blog!
Hello Shanty Sisters! Do you guys have any idea on shanty to chick mailbox ideas? I just moved into a 1949 fixer upp and it has a great old wall mounted mailbox, but post office said since I am a new resident, I must put up a mailbox by the road. Heavy duty pretty ones are expensive and the cheap ones are just plain ugly. Any ideas on a cheap buget? I love the aged broze look because it blends in well-any paint, or spary you think I could attchieve a decent look at a resonable price?
