She did it again! Our sweet friend Ana designed inspired plans for the Pottery Barn Benchwright Side Tables! I thought they would be the perfect addition to the Tryde Coffee Table I built for our living room.
With Ana’s plans, I built two for $25 each!
Here are some pics of my build process:)
I followed Ana’s advice and tied a string around a nail to draw my guide circle. This made cutting the table tops very easy! I used my Dremel Trio to cut the circles.
You do not have to use the Kreg Jig pocket hole system to build these tables but it DOES make it easier to build and very sturdy!
To finish, I sprayed a couple of coats of Rust-Oleum Heirloom White spary paint,
distressed the edges with 80-grit sandpaper and followed with a tiny bit of Rust-Oleum Dark Walnut Stain.
I’m so in love with these unique-looking tables:)
and I love how they play off of my Tryde Coffee Table!
I was very intimidated to build these tables because of the round tops and angled legs. I am so glad that I didn’t shy away because I learned a lot during the build process and I now have two great side tables to show off at only $25 each! For the Benchright Side Table plans click HERE!

I’ve already made one of these, and I am on my second. Do you have any suggestions on how to drill the top side aprons in? I’ve been having trouble with this part.
???????? Use the plans at www. WoodworkPlans.info for this project like I did – highly recommended you check those out too. They are detailed and super easy to read and understand unlike several others I found online. The amount of plans there is mind-boggling… there’s like 16,000 plans or something like that for tons of different projects. Definitely enough to keep me busy with projects for many more years to come haha????????

Any advice on how to drill the pocket holes on the side aprons?
I am certainly going to make these as side tables for our guest bedroom!
