Hi all! We had so much fun exploring all of your wonderful Rust-oleum Revamps! If you didn’t get a chance to check out all of the fun projects linked up you can scroll down a little to explore! So, moving on…I’d like to share with you all my Jute Twine Mongoram. I just love jute twine on basically everything right now and monograms are so fun so this project was a winner with me from the beginning!
It was so easy!
I started with a card board letter that I purchased from Jo-Anns for about $4. (We always use coupons or buy sale only items to save money!)
I then used my hot glue gun and a roll of 4ply jute twine and wrapped twine all the way up and around the letter! Make sure to glue every wrap and side for a more finished clean look!
Believe it or not that’s it!!! Now, I will say this is more time consuming than I had initially thought but the time spent was well worth it!
I love the texture!
I’ve moved it around a bit but I think I like it best propped next to my basket of dried hydrangeas!
Thanks so much for stopping by and I hope you all have a great weekend!
GREAT !!
The two loves of my life right now is jute twine and burlap!!

Wow, that's really cool. I love the twine. Thanks so much for the how-to, I'll be linking.
That be a lot of wrapping! But it's as cute as can be.
Clever and beautiful!

I love it too! That is a super cute twist on monograms! Yipee!
OOOH – I love the texture this provides, and it fits in any color scheme!
Great idea! And, yes, sales and coupons are the ONLY way to go!
I actually did this not too long ago and got the idea from all the jute twine you were using on all your other projects. It is definitely time consuming, but well worth it. Love it!
I freaking love it!

So cool, that looks like a pro did it! 🙂
I love the texture too, may have to try that with a B.
Can you beleive I have a giant, naked, paper mache B just waiting for twine?? Thanks so much for the idea! Filing this away at thecraftersfilebox.com.
