I was inspired by the Restoration Hardware Table you made, but I wanted to add a few of my own ideas. My wife and I like a more modern/industrial type decor, so I incorporated Galvenized Pipe into my base. The top of the table was something I thought of in my head but was extremely nervous on how it would turn out. But, I went with it! I think it turned out pretty good, I liked the idea of doing random, dark/light colors, it gave it lots of contrast. My next project will be to make the bench that goes with it, but I am not sure if I should do the same top design for the design of the top of the bench… This was a fun project, but very challenging working in a small apartment garage! Let’s just say, I didn’t make a lot of friends at night time doing this after work! Thanks for the awesome website and the great ideas!
