Boy! Did my family room need a facelift or what? After seeing the Ryobi – Board and Batten tutorial you two girls demonstrated I got super pumped and decided to take on the project. My family had no idea what I was trying to achieve with all those boards nailed to the walls. After I started painting the boards they started to see the improvement immediately. The room looks so must brighter and sleek. What a huge difference a few boards and paint can make to a room. I want to thank you both for all your tutorials, patterns and inspiration. You just don’t know how thrilled I was to have found your site and Ana White. I work in an 8 to 5 job in the corporate world. During work my mind and soul are just thinking about what diy projects I want to tackle next. My friends think I’m crazy because I rather spend my money on wood and power tools then going to the mall shopping. Yep! I love wood and I love power tools.
