Hey guys!  I showed you all my new niece a few days ago.  She’s precious! My sister wanted a mirror for her room which brought us to this project!
Here is how we did it…
We found this super cheap mirror at Homegoods.  We loved the lines but it just needed a little revamp with Rust-Oleum!
Here she is drying…

Then we used a few different scraps of fabric that coordinated with her nursery to make some flowers.  If you missed my flower tutorial you can find it here.

After finishing those up I used my hot glue gun to attach them to the front of the mirror.

Pretty simple… No pattern to follow here.  Just put them where they look good.  My sister replaced the mirror (that we broke trying to remove for spray painting) and she got it hung in the nursery!  She used some burlap ribbon for the bow which I think is the perfect touch!
How cute would this be done in black or white with some burlap and canvas flowers??… Hmmm… I have yet another project for my list!

And on a fun note…. Today is baby day for Ashley!!  We can’t wait to meet her new little girl and get her not pregnant and crafting again :))… Woohoo!!
Have a happy Tuesday… I know I will!!

  3. What a sweet mirror for a darling girl.

I am helping out a fellow blogger in need by hosting an online auction tomorrow. I would love for you to come by and take a peek and perhaps join in.

  4. This is super cute! It would also look great with a little stain wiped over it for some depth and to bring out all the nice details.

  5. Whitney, that is totally cute. I'm sure Leasha and baby Londyn are enjoying it. BTW LOVE her name. Ireland will totally have to meet her now with a name like that. 🙂 Can't wait to hear all about Ashley's little bundle soon. Enjoy meeting your niece.
