Wine Bottle Wall Vase

Hey hey!! I love my project that I am sharing with you guys today!  I have seen versions of these everywhere lately,  and decided I needed my own Shanty version! These are the supplies I used to make them.  I found everything at Lowe’s. The threaded rod is super easy to cut.  You just use a small hacksaw like this one at Lowes… You will also need a wine bottle or another bottle with a skinny neck.  I found mine at Wal-Mart for under $3 a bottle… Whoop! Anyone have a giant blank space in their home that is just screaming to be dressed up???  Well I HAD one in my dining room and I came up with a super easy, quick and cheap way to make it fancy!  Here’s how I did it! I started with a 1×12 cut down to three pieces at 14″.  If you do not have a saw you can have your local hardware store make the cuts for you! DIY Restoration Hardware Nightstand

Hey guys! I’m so excited to share my latest building project with you!  I was stalking Restoration Hardware’s Baby and Kid site when I came across their Kenwood Nightstand.  I fell in LOVE and immediately enlisted the help of my good friend Ana to make me some plans!  These were super easy to hack, I mean build! Stencil with Contact Paper

Yes… I think I have finally perfected it.  I have now cut many stencils on Contact Paper using these settings and have had success each time.  So, I thought I would share. I showed you my DIY Roman Shades in my last post.  I added the stencil to the top of them.  Here is how I did it. Hey friends! I get asked about my roman shades all the time.  I decided it was time to change mine out, and I thought this would be a great time to attempt a tutorial.  You should be warned….
